This work is influenced by historic match strikers and reacts to politics, media, and our opinions of events occurring beyond our tangible knowledge. I especially respond to the idea that there are often two sides to every story. The visuals were harvested from imagery repeated in media. Each woman is a figure that people like or dislike based upon a removed relationship. Each work is hand-cut and connected to create finished wall sculptures. The backside of the works are fully ornamented.
